Trax Codes
- In-document section filtering— filter a code down to just the sections you care about while reading, with an optional header summary.
- Search across all of Trax— one search spanning codes, projects, reviews, attachments, and help content.
- Reuse recent searchesand try our improved advanced search filters.
Trax Pro
- Table and Map views for projects— switch between List, Table, and Map. The table has a column chooser with saved widths; the map plots projects by jurisdiction with pie-chart clustering by status.
- Custom metadata filtering— filter and sort projects by metadata fields and collaborators via a new filter bar.
- Deep Search— a deeper search pass across project content when quick results aren't enough.
- Project search with facets and filter chips.
- Attachment version history— view and open previous versions of an attachment.
Trax Review
- Live presence— see which of your teammates is concurrently working in the review editor with you.
- PDF markup improvements— a dedicated text markup editor, auto-filled fields in stamps and callouts, and improved measurement tooling.
- Your place is saved— the active PDF and page are kept in the URL, so refreshing or sharing a link lands exactly where you were.
- Table and Map views for reviews, plus review search.
- Resizable editor pane— drag to resize the letter editor vertically.
Enterprise
- Define Custom Fields— org and group admins can define custom fields for projects and reviews; all members can view and filter by them.
- ArcGIS / GIS integration— connect ArcGIS feature layers for jurisdiction and parcel lookup, configured per group.
- Organization analytics toggle— org admins can turn analytics collection on or off for the whole organization, with a full audit trail.
- Organization & group resources panel— a shared view of all org/group resources with admin-scoped filters, facets, and map.
- Analytics improvements— configurable date ranges, grouping by person / group / document, and CSV export.
